Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scalvora's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. Scalvora is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

2. Services

Scalvora provides personal branding, content creation, short-form video production, and digital authority-building services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each client engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal document signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in your individual service agreement. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • All prices are in USD or INR as specified in the proposal
  • A non-refundable onboarding deposit is required before work begins
  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance
  • Refunds are not provided for work already delivered

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Scalvora on behalf of the client becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Scalvora retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying necessary access, credentials, and assets
  • Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
  • Responding to communication within agreed timelines

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid in full. Scalvora reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scalvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the engagement strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to Terms

Scalvora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
